I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with over four years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment. I have worked with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance dependency, and life transitions in outpatient and community-based settings. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe many present challenges are connected to past experiences, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, and improve emotional regulation. I also incorporate strengths-based and solution-focused techniques to empower clients to build on their resilience. I am currently receiving training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, which enhances my ability to support individuals who have experienced childhood and complex trauma. I am passionate about helping clients increase self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
My goal is to walk alongside you in a way that feels supportive and authentic, helping you reconnect with your strengths and create a life that feels balanced and aligned.
