I am a licensed clinical social worker – associate (LCSW-A) with specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches. My work is grounded in the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which I use to help children, adolescents, and young adults develop healthier thought patterns, emotional regulation strategies, and coping skills.

My experience in school-based therapy has given me a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional pressures students face. I collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to create consistent, supportive environments that promote student success both inside and outside that classroom.

In addition to CBT and TF-CBT, I incorporate elements of mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based approaches to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. I believe in a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgemental space where clients feel empowered to work towards their goals.

Whether working through trauma, managing anxiety or depression, or building executive functioning skills, I strive to support each client’s personal growth and well-being with compassion and clinical expertise.
