Jarytza has been a full-time bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist. Jarytza is trained in Brainspotting, DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, and Eco-therapy as well as a RYT-500 certified yoga instructor and reiki practitioner. Jarytza enjoys working with the Latine and LGBTQIA+ populations.
