I specialize in supporting children ages 0–3 and their families through early intervention. My work focuses on strengthening the parent-child relationship, fostering healthy development, and helping families navigate challenges that may arise during these important early years. I believe that when parents feel supported and connected, children have the best opportunity to thrive.
I am currently training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), an evidence-based model that helps young children and their caregivers heal from stress and trauma. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), with training that allows me to bring a trauma-informed perspective into my work with families.
In addition to early childhood, my experience includes supporting teens who have experienced significant trauma and adults living with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of how early relationships and experiences shape us throughout life, and why early support makes such a difference.
My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where parents feel heard and empowered. Together, we work to strengthen relationships, build resilience, and support both immediate needs and long-term growth.
