Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. My name is Emily Jones, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with 5 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges.

I work mainly with children and specialize in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life issues. My training includes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care. I am currently working towards my certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I also draw from mindfulness-based practices and attachment theory to support healing and resilience.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person has the inner capacity for growth and change. I see therapy as a partnership — one where we work together to identify your goals, explore patterns, and create meaningful, sustainable shifts in your life.
