I’m a warm, bilingual (English/Spanish) clinician who partners with people to heal from pain and grow into the life they want. I’m trained in trauma-focused care and use gentle, evidence-informed tools to help clients process traumatic experiences, reduce anxiety and depression, and rebuild safety and trust in their bodies and relationships. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
My approach is simple and practical: I listen first, then we make a plan together. I blend trauma-focused techniques, psychoeducation, mindfulness and body-based practices, and practical CBT skills — all delivered in a way that fits your culture, faith, and daily life. I’m person-centered, which means you’re the expert on your life; my job is to walk with you, offer tools, and keep things grounded and hopeful.
If you want, we can include faith and spiritual resources—scripture, prayer, or belief-based reflections—always guided by what you find helpful and never imposed. If you prefer secular therapy, I’ll meet you there too.
I provide services in both English and Spanish and value cultural humility, warmth, and respect. My aim is to create a safe, caring space where you feel heard, understood, and able to try new ways of coping. If you’re curious or ready to start, I’d be honored to talk with you—reach out for a brief consultation and we’ll see if we’re a good fit.
