I’m Eduardo Argueta-Flores, a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSW-A) based in North Carolina. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia and have experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ and Latino communities.

I provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you can explore concerns such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity development. I believe therapy should feel supportive and tailored to you, not one-size-fits-all.

My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Together, we’ll work to reconnect with your values, build practical coping tools, and move toward a more grounded, meaningful life.

I offer virtual sessions to make therapy more accessible and flexible. As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in both English and Spanish, with a focus on culturally affirming care for Spanish-speaking clients.

Seeking support can be a powerful step, and I’m here to walk alongside you at your own pace.
