Donna Egbulem is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), public health professional, and trauma-informed therapist dedicated to providing culturally responsive, community-centered care. Holding a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Master of Public Health (MPH), she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her clinical work.

Donna is trained in several evidence-based modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Alternatives for Families: A Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (AF-CBT), and Child-Centered Play Therapy. She is also a recognized provider through Star Behavioral Health Providers (SBHP), a national network of civilian mental health professionals trained in military culture and best practices.

In addition to providing therapy, Donna delivers Tailored Care Management (TCM) for individuals with complex behavioral and physical health needs. Through this work, she helps clients and families navigate fragmented systems, access community resources, and improve quality of life. As a Full-Spectrum Doula, she also offers trauma-informed care throughout the reproductive and parenting journey, ensuring continuity and compassion at every stage.

Donna’s therapeutic approach is rooted in trust, collaboration, and cultural humility. She integrates play, expressive arts, somatic strategies, and systems thinking to support children, adolescents, caregivers, and adults. Her clinical focus includes trauma recovery, neurodiversity, caregiver support, and navigating major life transitions. She is especially committed to affirming care for multicultural families, underserved populations, and individuals affected by intergenerational trauma.

Donna believes that healing happens in relationships that honor each person’s voice, values, and resilience. Through Bloomwell Health, she works to expand access to trauma-informed services across home-based, school-based, and natural community settings. Whether walking alongside a child on their healing journey or coordinating services for a family in crisis, Donna’s work is deeply grounded in empathy, equity, and hope.
